Payroll is priced separately from monthly bookkeeping. Pricing depends on the number of employees or contractors, pay frequency, payroll platform, number of states, time-tracking requirements and the responsibilities included in the service agreement.
Payroll-software subscription fees are identified separately when they are not included in Bright Trail’s price.
What the starting price typically fits
The starting price generally applies to a straightforward service-based business with limited monthly activity, a small number of financial accounts, no inventory, and no ongoing accounts payable or accounts receivable management.
Catch-up and cleanup work
If your books are behind or require corrections before monthly service begins, catch-up or cleanup bookkeeping is quoted separately. We will explain the work needed and provide a clear price before starting.
Do you offer fixed packages?
Rather than forcing every business into the same package, we review your bookkeeping activity and support needs, then provide a clear monthly quote tailored to your business.
Is payroll included?
Payroll is not automatically included in the starting bookkeeping price. When payroll support is needed, it is reviewed and priced based on the number of employees, payroll frequency, and level of service.
